Why service desks must break the mould

The majority of leaders that succeed do not ‘fit’, they create!

What is a horror to some is safe ground for others, and so we meet conformity. Of all the websites I visited, be they personal interpretations, psychology, medical or otherwise, there is the underlying theme of being influenced rather than influencing. It’s a minefield topic so not all aspects or views can be covered in such a short space but if it gets you wondering, if it gets you questioning, if it gets you exploring and discussing then I’ve achieved this blog’s purpose.
